St Julia’s Hospice, Hayle, David aged 80 years of Porth, Newquay. 

Beloved husband of Mary. Much loved dad of Susan and Derek. Dearest grandad to all his grandchildren. 

Funeral service Friday 5th April at 11.30am, St Columba’s Church, St Coulmb Minor, followed by a private committal.
